Take off:
Engines at 60% throttle (approx. 72% N1), no flaps.
V1: 180kts. Vr 190kts. V2 220kts
Normal vertical speed 4-5,000 fpm
Ensure autopilot set at speed: 300kts

Ascent;
300 kts to FL180
Increase to M1.20 at FL450, 2,000fpm
Set autopilot for acceleration to M3.0
To overcome trans-sonic drag, engage reheat at M1.20 (Shift+F4)
Climb to FL700 at 1000 fpm. Cut reheat at M2.5
Increase rate of climb if required
Set autopilot for cruise at M3.20

Cruise:
M3.20, FL700

Descent:
Initiate descent from 500 miles and slow gradually - think about the passengers!
Due to wing efficiency, use airbrake/spoiler to gradually cut speed down to 220kts
At 230 kts, 1 notch flaps
At 210 kts, 2 notches flaps; retract spoilers gradually
Gear down & full flaps at 175 kts; reduce speed to 155 kts
Approach at 145-155kts.

Remember the high viewpoint on approach; the main gear is about 50 feet below the cockpit.
